Two years of work
Everything in this old farmhouse has been renovated, from the exterior insulation to the electricity, plumbing, including the roof and the garden landscaping.
The work took us two years and the result exceeds our expectations: 240 m² of new spaces spread over the dormitory with its eleven cabins, the shared bathroom, the large equipped kitchen, the living-room, and the 24/7 accessible coworking space with its wood stove.
All interior furnishings have been custom-made, mostly out of wood in our very own wood lab, surrounded by original raw materials such as stone walls and visible frame.
Special attention has been given to the amenities: high-end mattresses, induction hobs, dishwasher, large refrigerators, washing machine, 4K projector, Apple TV, fibre-optic Wi‑Fi, and wood stove in the coworking space.

The kitchen-lounge
The shared kitchen of the coliving space was designed by us and is entirely dedicated to colivers. Two large refrigerators/freezers and spacious cabinets with individual spaces are provided for storing groceries.Three induction hobs (we hate waiting for water to boil too), two ovens, and a microwave will allow you to cook comfortably. Toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, complete these amenities.
Basic products (oils, spices, salt) as well as coffee and tea (organic) are provided.
Three large wooden tables allow you to eat together (up to 18 people!) or to work comfortably. Wi-Fi is accessible everywhere in the house.
A lounge area with sofas and a 4K projector completes this space: drinks, games night or Sunday cinema are on the menu!
The bathroom
Located right next to the dormitory, the new bathroom features three spacious showers equipped with thermostatic mixers and individual storage space for your products, as well as three sinks and a large mirror.Bath towels are provided during your stay and laundered by us.
Additionally, a washing machine and an outdoor dryer are available to you at no extra cost, along with laundry detergent.
Fourteen beds
The coworking
The coworking space is located on the ground floor and is accessible 24/7 to colivers. It consists of two large wooden desks with six seats each, with power outlets and USB outlets; two standing desks with four seats; as well as a meeting room and phone box. And of course, fibre-optic Wi-Fi. A laser printer is also available.The large bay windows bring in light and overlook the garden and the wood workshop. In winter, the wood stove will keep you warm while working.
We have chosen to keep the raw materials as much as possible and to use wood, creating a design and inspiring workspace, ideal for advancing on your projects, writing a thesis, a book, creating… It's up to you!Learn more →
The garden
The outdoor space is fully accessible to colivers. You will find two garden terraces, to the east and north, as well as a natural pond. Garden tables and chairs are at your disposal, both for eating and working: Wi‑Fi is also available in the garden thanks to an outdoor access point.A foosball table is also available for wild games around a draft beer or a coffee. And yes we have a very cute cat, her name is Fougères (from the town she’s from).
