Coliving, literally co-living, simply means “living together”.
In practice you have your own sleeping cabin, you share common spaces (large kitchen, living room, bathroom, coworking space, terrace, garden) and you do activities with the community (visits, walks, bike rides, games, sailing, kayak, paddle…). Each Saturday evening there is a family dinner with all the colivers.
Instead of flatsharing, the place is ready when you arrive: sheets on the bed, towels, everything is included!
At Les Briques we paid special attention to aesthetics and atmosphere: we used wood for the entirely custom-made fittings, we kept the original raw materials, and we installed wood stoves in the kitchen and coworking to create an immediately warm atmosphere.
Our coliving is located on the top floor of Les Briques, which is entirely dedicated to it: this is where the cabines, the bathrooms, as well as the kitchen and living room are located. This is your space.
During the winter, the coliving closes its doors (it is however possible to privatize the entire space), and reopens from May to September 2026. Reserve now!

Starting the day with a stroll on the beach while the sun is still low, followed by a work session in the coworking space with a cup of good specialty coffee, enjoying the tea room for a light lunch in the garden, then spending the afternoon working outdoors before having an aperitif with fellow co-livers: this is a typical day at Les Briques!
The attention to design and ambiance, along with the proximity to the sea, create an environment conducive to concentration, slow living, and inspiration. Developing a new professional project, writing a book, a thesis, a dissertation, coding an application, creating artwork, all find a particularly suitable home at Les Briques!
But Les Briques is also a place for living, where one can entertain oneself, engage in sports, and explore the Normandy D-Day region: there's something for every taste.
I had such an amazing experience at Les Briques — from the Coliving and the Cowork to the community events. The rooms are cozy little cabins, which means you spend most of your time outside, making it super easy to connect with other colivers and really feel the sense of community. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. Katia and Jean are incredibly kind and generous — always ready to help with anything you might need! The area is also beautiful: just 5 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from biking and walking trails (there are 2 bikes at the house for colivers!), plus different local events during the week. And one last thing: Katia's moulete noisette is an absolute must — nothing else can compare! Definitely a coliving I would come back to!

As my friend Remy said, this coliving is different. Very quiet, relaxed, good if you need to focus on work, or want to have meaningful time with other colivers, which was perfect for me between busy Paris and Malaga. Different activities organised during the week, every Thursday there is a night market in the town and also you can join the wood workshop on Saturday organised by the owners. There are no rooms, only cabins which gives you a great opportunity to socialise more with other colivers! Thanks a lot Les Briques! I really enjoyed my time here :)

Amazing stay at the coliving. The building is very well renovated, the cabins are comfortable, the coworking space is top notch! The hosts are super nice, the community manager was super committed. I met wonderful people and did a lot of things during my stay. A pity I had to leave after only 10 days. I'll be back for sure!
