Privatize Les Briques
Work seminar by the sea, day meeting, team building around wood, professional breakfast or afterwork: we welcome you for all your professional events!
For your professional or private events, it is possible to privatize all or part of Les Briques, for a duration ranging from a few hours to several days. The architecture, the proximity to the beach, the design and the quality of the place make it the ideal place to meet!
We have already hosted three-day work seminars, day meetings, afterworks and breakfasts. Thanks to our tea room and our coliving space, we can offer you a catering and/or accommodation offer if necessary.
Do not hesitate to contact us to present your ideal project to us, and we will make you a tailor-made proposal!
Four spaces
Each (or even several) of our four spaces can be privatized according to your needs: coworking, the tea room, coliving and the garden.The coworking can accommodate up to 20 people, the tea room up to 25 people, the coliving up to 20 people, and the garden up to thirty.
We will make you the most suitable proposal for your request, taking into account the availability of each space as well.
With or without catering
Our tea room/restaurant can also be at your service! In this case we design together a tailor-made menu adapted to your desires and constraints. As always the cuisine is only homemade, local and seasonal.Katia can offer a breakfast, a full brunch, an afterwork drinks & tapas, but also a real lunch or dinner. Or simply hot drinks accompanied by homemade cakes: everything is possible!
With or without accommodation
If you want to spread your event over several days, we can offer you accommodation on site, thanks to our coliving space. This can accommodate up to fourteen people, for one or more nights.The night space can either be shared in a "hostel" format if only a few beds are needed, or fully privatized (ideal if you are many). In this second case you will then have the entire floor, which includes the coliving living room-kitchen (fully equipped).

Wood team building
If during your event you want to offer an original activity, Jean, our carpenter and co-founder of Les Briques, can offer you a team building around wood!In our workshop located on site, you can learn for example to make a small wooden object, such as a birdhouse.
The beach 2 hours from Paris
In addition to the unique style of Les Briques, you can enjoy the surrounding environment. The beach of Lion-sur-Mer is a five-minute walk away and offers a wide choice of activities: nautical school in summer, beach volleyball courts, walks along the pedestrian dike…Whether you stay only a few hours, or several days, accessible only by train + bus, Les Briques will allow you to change the air and spend a unique moment with your teams!Discover the possible activities →
