We welcome Béatrice Iturbide Friday, August 25th for a blind wine tasting workshop.

Even if it can be intimidating at first, blind wine tasting is a very effective exercise to acquire or refine your knowledge of wine. It can also be done in a fun way to spend an even more convivial moment. From clues such as color, smell, taste and length in the mouth, it will be a question of guessing a maximum of elements on the wine tasted. What is its color? Where does it come from? What is its exceptional vintage?

No prerequisites are necessary, you will be able to combine your wine discoveries with haute couture and organic food and wine pairings! A whole relaxed evening to taste the wine and its associated dishes, prepared in our tea room.

It is finally a very good way to forget the prejudices about wine, to taste it without prejudice and sometimes to have pleasant surprises… These are the same steps as during a classic tasting, which will solicit three of our senses: sight, smell and taste.

To be able to participate in this workshop, your reservation is mandatory. The price is €35 per person, all inclusive: wine and dinner.
