Located in Lion-sur-Mer, Normandy, France, two hours from Paris and five minutes walking from the beach, Les Briques ("The Bricks") offers four spaces within a single place: a coliving, a coworking space, a tea room and a wood studio.

We paid special attention to the design and architecture: raw materials coexist with wood in this old farmhouse, fully renovated from the ground to the roof, to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect to relax and create.

Come work remotely, spend a few weeks in the coliving, learn woodworking or just eat a bite with a hot brewed coffee by the fire in winter, or on the sunny terrace in summer.

Our spaces are also privatizable, for your professional events (seminars, trainings, meetings…) or private (family reunions, cousin reunions…).
