Offsite day by the sea
A team day 500 m from the beach, 15 km from Caen and 2 hours from Paris.
Team meeting, workshop day, working session or project kick-off: Les Briques host 8 to 30 people for the day, in the coworking, the tea room, the coliving or the garden, depending on your format and our availability.
You arrive and everything is ready: fibre Wi-Fi, projector, screens, whiteboard, unlimited coffee and tea, free parking a minute away. At break time, the beach is a five-minute walk.
The spaces
The coworking seats up to 20 people around large wooden tables, the tea room up to 30, the upstairs coliving up to 20 in a living room under the roof frame, and the garden about thirty on sunny days, with Wi-Fi and a terrace.We suggest the space that suits your day best, and several spaces can be combined.
Meals
From Tuesday to Friday, Katia cooks for your team: breakfast on arrival, a homemade, local and seasonal lunch, unlimited coffee and tea all day, and an afterwork to finish, until 7pm.On Mondays we do not provide catering: you can bring the caterer of your choice, the professional kitchen of the tea room is open to them.

How many people?
8 to 30 people depending on the space. Per-person packages start at 8 participants.
Which days?
Any weekday. Katia’s meals are served Tuesday to Friday; on Mondays a caterer is possible.
What does it cost?
A day with one space, lunch, unlimited coffee and tea: €80 excl. VAT per person, €60 for half a day. A space alone from €250 excl. VAT for half a day.
How do we get there from Caen?
15 km by car with free parking a minute away, or bus line 12 from Caen station, Bas Lion stop 500 m away. From Paris, 2 hours by train to Caen.
