The coliving, 14 beds by the sea
From October to April, the upper floor of Les Briques for your group, family or team.
In winter the coliving has no residents and the whole floor can be rented: eleven wooden cabins, 8 single and 3 double, a living room under the roof frame, a large equipped kitchen, the bathroom, and the walled garden downstairs. The beach is 500 m away, Caen 15 km, Paris 2 hours.
14 beds, linen and cleaning included. For a family weekend, a gathering, a stay with friends or a residential offsite.
Inside
Each cabin has a hotel-quality bed, sockets, a lamp and shelves. The living room and the kitchen are yours, with coffee makers, crockery and everything needed to cook for fourteen.
Good to know
The coliving kitchen is open to everyone; for a prepared meal, bring the caterer or cook of your choice. From Tuesday to Friday, Katia can prepare breakfast, €10 per person. No music outdoors.The garden and the beach
The walled garden, its terrace, deckchairs and pond. A five-minute walk away, Lion-sur-Mer beach and the seafront to walk facing the sea, even in winter.
