Four private spaces
Each (or even several) of our four spaces can be privatized according to your needs: coworking, the tea room, coliving and the garden.The coworking can accommodate up to 20 people, the tea room up to 30 people, the coliving up to 20 people, and the garden up to thirty. The garden has tables, a terrace and Wi-Fi: an ideal setting to work or gather outdoors when the weather is nice.
We will make you the most suitable proposal for your request, taking into account the availability of each space as well. Note that apart from the coliving, our three other spaces are wheelchair accessible.
With or without catering
From Tuesday to Friday, Katia cooks for you: breakfast for up to 30 people, lunch for up to 20 people for companies, and an afterwork until 7pm. As always the food is homemade, local and seasonal.On Mondays and weekends we do not provide catering. The coliving kitchen is at your disposal, and the professional kitchen of the tea room can host the cook or caterer of your choice.
With or without accommodation
Ideal for a residential offsite or a family weekend: the upstairs coliving hosts up to 14 people, for one or several nights, linen and cleaning included.The night space can either be shared in a hostel format if only a few beds are needed, or fully privatised. In this second case you have the entire floor, living room and kitchen included.

If during your event you want to offer an original activity, Jean, our carpenter and co-founder of Les Briques, can offer you a team building around wood!In our workshop located on site, you can learn for example to make a small wooden object, such as a birdhouse.
The beach 2 hours from Paris
The beach of Lion-sur-Mer is a five-minute walk away and offers a wide choice of activities: nautical school in summer, beach volleyball courts, walks along the pedestrian dike…Lion-sur-Mer is accessible by train + bus from Paris Saint-Lazare: 2h by train to Caen, then a bus every hour (50 min), every day from 7am to 8pm. How many people can you host?
Up to 30 people for the day, in the tea room, the coliving, the coworking or the garden depending on your format, and 14 people overnight.
How much does an offsite cost?
A day with one space, lunch, unlimited coffee and tea: €80 excl. VAT per person, €60 for half a day, from 8 people. A space alone from €250 excl. VAT for half a day. Packages with a night and breakfast from €160 to €230 excl. VAT per person. We prepare a tailor-made quote.
Where are you and how do we get there?
In Lion-sur-Mer, 15 km north of Caen and 2 hours from Paris: train to Caen then bus line 12, or car with a free car park a one-minute walk away.
Can we sleep on site?
Yes, the coliving hosts up to 14 people for one or several nights, linen and cleaning included, in a hostel format for a few beds or by privatising the whole floor, living room and kitchen included.
Do you provide meals?
Tuesday to Friday: breakfast for up to 30 people, lunch for up to 20 people for companies, afterwork until 7pm, cooked by Katia with local and seasonal products. On Mondays and weekends there is no catering, but the coliving kitchen is yours and the professional kitchen is open to the caterer or cook of your choice, any day.
Can we organise an activity during the offsite?
Jean, carpenter and co-founder, runs a wood team building in the on-site workshop, for 8 to 14 people over 2h to 2h30. The beach, its sailing school and beach volleyball courts are a five-minute walk away.
