The coliving

The upper floor of Les Briques is entirely yours: the dormitory with its single and double cabins, the bathroom, the living room and the large equipped kitchen. In the evening, the team gathers around the table under the roof frame.

A typical day

Katia’s breakfast at 9am, a morning of work in the coworking, a homemade lunch, an afternoon in the wood workshop or on the beach, an afterwork until 7pm. Dinner is yours: the coliving kitchen, a caterer or a restaurant in Lion-sur-Mer.

Katia’s meals are served Tuesday to Friday. On Mondays and weekends, the coliving kitchen and the professional kitchen of the tea room are at your disposal, with the caterer of your choice.

The beach 2 hours from Paris

Lion-sur-Mer beach is a five-minute walk: sailing school in summer, beach volleyball, walks along the seafront. Lion-sur-Mer is 2 hours from Paris Saint-Lazare, train to Caen then bus line 12, and a large free car park is a minute away.
